  • •Advised a country's Minister of Labour; policies contributing to 80,000+ private-sector hires; designed apprenticeship pilot (7,500+ placements).
  • •Built satellite-based GDP tool (km²); deployed across Vietnam, Egypt, UAE, KSA; led rapid-response CV pipeline (5000 km road survey using satellite imagery and AI).
